Taime (tie-meh), which means time in Cook Islands Māori, is a word that resonates with people who are living with cancer or have survived it. My husband David and I know this feeling well. We are both cancer survivors and we founded Taime Pasifika Cancer Support because of our lived experience. We understand that receiving a cancer diagnosis can be a challenging experience, and our supportive service is here to assist the Pasifika cancer community during this journey. At Taime, we work alongside Pasifika individuals living with cancer, helping them access the free services they may not have been aware of.
If you’re seeking a caring community to share your experiences and find comfort, we warmly invite you to join our Taime family. CONTACT US to fill out our online registration form.
You are not alone, and together we can support one another.
